Overview
Our food is created using delicious ingredients that are healthy for both our bodies and the planet. All of our meat-beef, chicken, and ham is 100% natural and hormone and antibiotic free, and almost entirely grass fed on family farms. Each meal provides a wholesome balance of protein, carbohydrates, and fats. Every item on our menu is 425 calories or less.
